By far the best cleaning service in the Reno area from my experience. My best gift to myself I wanted to make sure I got what I truly wanted for Mother’s Day so I arranged for White Lotus to clean my house from top to bottom while I went out for a walk. I too, use White Lotus and I have 2 story 2200 sq ft home. I have used them for 5 years for once a month. Started when I had back surgery. They are reliable, communicative and only raised my fees $4 in 5 years. I had one breakage in all that time (that I know about-wink wink) and they paid for it. No, they aren’t up to my fussy standards but if they fall short they do pay attention to my complaints/requests. As someone said earlier, bonded and insured. I I requested same pair of ladies so I can have a relationship with them and they can track which part of my house they need to concentrate on. Check out their website.Rosemary or Linda.
